Research & Planning

Deep Dive

For my part of the team research, I did a deep dive into the competition that currently exists but also wanted to see how other fields answered similar problems.

I found free resources, scheduling, contact forms, and in depth help were available from competitors .

Additionally I found that when simplifying a complicated government form, TurboTax did a great of applying UX heuristics to the opportunity space.

Pre-Form Checklists

Final thoughts

This was a highly collaborative week and I could not have done it without them.

We conducted a stakeholder interview, then did a deep dive into the opportunity space.
Then, we wrote and revised a guiding strategy which helped inform our Touchpoint Strategy Map.

We then prototyped our touch points with progressively higher fidelity until we were ready to make our client presentation video and prototype package.
